Web Design Associate

Job Location: Lynn
Compensation: $40,000 - 100,000

Pearse Street Consulting, Inc. is a growing multimedia design company, specializing in social network website design and development looking for a talented and motivated web designer to join our team of design associates. This position will report directly to the company principals. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package. Office environment is fast-paced, so candidates must be able to successfully multi-task, be able to collaborate with other designers and coders, communicate professionally with clients, work efficiently and perform on tight deadlines. Our work with high-level corporate accounts demands professionalism, and very strong attention to detail.

Job responsibilities will include:

Requirements:
• 3+ years of Web Design Experience

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment for the skilled and motivated candidate. We are a multiple-boutique design company lcoated on Boston's north shore. We specialize in high-end design for the web. The company requires an internet savvy in-house assistant to support the web/design staff on a daily basis. Duties will include administrative support, lead management (conveying service information to potential clients via phone & email), and marketing/design support as needed. Will be expected to manage project deadlines, stay organized and professional. Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Photoshop. Must have transportation.

Design Internship

Pearse Street is always looking for talented student and apprentice designers to join the team on an internship basis. Fulfill college credit requirements by learning the ropes of a cutting-edge design company. Work closely with professional graphic designers and Flash programmers, and support new media design and marketing efforts for our high-end clientele. Duties will include administrative support, market research, design and basic programming support as needed. Will be expected to perform under strict deadlines and exhibit motivation to learn.
